About our Founder and CEO
Life Way Services LLC is led by Antonio Clinkscales, BS, MDiv, RCPRS, CPE, a devoted husband of over 30 years and longtime Caroline County, VA resident. With 20+ years as a pastor, 17 years in education, and 14 years as a student support specialist, he is deeply committed to serving others. He also leads the Whole Armor and Men of Valor mentoring programs, focused on faith, growth, and community impact.
